Don’t miss these new 2012 Application requirements:
- New Utility Waiver required by the Public Utilities Commission – may only be signed by the person listed on the utility account
- Updated Terms and Conditions document – may only be signed by a legal representative of the business customer.
- Historic Preservation Review is required for buildings older than 50 years or on the State or National Historic Registers, except for interior lighting and some qualifying HVAC projects (see Historic Preservation Affidavit, below). If you are submitting an exterior lighting, HVAC, evaporative cooling, renewable energy or building envelope project, you must submit an application prior to completing work, or the project may not receive a rebate. Please speak with an Advisor at (303) 441 1131 if you are undertaking any of these projects.
